This business will provide a committed and ongoing high level of service to existing and new customers through understanding, reliability and on-going training in technology changes.

The product is the ability to have customers' computer systems running to full potential, with minimal or no faults occurring, as a convenient on-site service.  Being an on-site computer service will allow customers to have access to their computer system directly after assessment and repairs, and be able to view any work that is actually being performed.

All work performed will be explained in everyday terms that most people may understand, with detailed information directed towards preventing any recurrence if necessary.

Once any work has been completed and an invoice has been requested it will be emailed to the customer, including a brief description on the service performed.
